Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CareerPrism at www.careerprism.io, operated by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"). By using CareerPrism, you agree to these terms.
The service
CareerPrism analyzes the resume text you provide and uses an AI model to suggest industries, roles, transferable strengths, pivot paths, and job ideas. The Career Identity and a sample spectrum are free. A full spectrum, including the capability job search, costs one token.
AI-generated results
Results are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are for informational purposes only and are not professional career, legal, or financial advice. Job suggestions may link to third-party postings that we don't control, and those postings may change or close. Check them yourself before acting on them. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or other outcomes.
Your content
You must have the right to submit any resume or text you provide. Only submit your own resume, or one you have permission to use. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it, including through our AI provider, only to provide the service to you. If you publish a Prism Card, you give us permission to show that teaser to anyone with its link.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least [minimum age] years old.
Tokens and payments
- Tokens are sold in packs (currently 5 tokens for $5 or 10 tokens for $8, USD) and are processed by Stripe.
- One token unlocks one full spectrum. Tokens have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property
The CareerPrism name, logo, software, and site content belong to [Company legal name]. You can use your own results, including sharing Prism Cards, for personal purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CareerPrism is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim. [Have counsel review this section.]
Termination
You can stop using CareerPrism and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms.
Governing law
